Armed with tape delay and an electric guitar, Oakland artist Robert Nance rearranged and performed the 90-second sixth movement “Sehr langsam” (“Very slow”) from Austrian-American composer Arnold Schoenberg’s Sechs kleine Klavierstücke (“Six Little Piano Pieces”) into a cosmic experiment with time, space, and sound.
